Witch Hazel Extract

Witch Hazel Extract, unlike its name, is the holy grail ingredient for oily skin types. This versatile ingredient controls oil secretion, fights pimples, and evens out the skin tone. What a deal!

Bisabolol

If you’re looking for a ‘tick-all-box’ingredient, Bisabolol might be what you need. It is an antioxidant withanti-aging and moisturisingproperties. It hydrates your skin and keeps it strong.

Vitamin E

Need soft skin? Call Vitamin E! Vitamin E is an antioxidant that keeps your skin nourished, moisturised and healthy. Oh, and it not only makes your skin feel soft but also strengthens your skin barrier.

Borage Seed oil

Dry skin got you in the slumps? Borage seedoil is what you need to keep your skin hydrated at all times as it reduceswater loss.

Glycerin

Glycerin, or as we can call it, the water magnet! Glycerin pulls water into the outer layer of the skin from deeper levels of the skin and air. This ingredient hydrates and moisturises your skin, in return leaving soft and supple skin!

Thyme

Thyme leaves no stone unturned to help your thy skin fight pimples! (Pun intended) Thyme also provides your skin with essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Chamomille

Got blemishes? Chamomile is your go-to ingredient! It soothes skin, reduces blemishes, and is pretty modest about its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Fragrance

We get it! We all want our skincare to smell of roses and mountains and transfers us to a peaceful place, but do we want that at the cost of our skin’s health? NO!Fragrances constitute many chemicals that may cause irritation and redness on your skin. Hence, we’re free from any kind of artificial fragrances to cater to even the most sensitive skin.

Soap

While soap is an expert cleanser, it tends to wash away natural oils produced by the skin causing the skin to feel dry, flaky, and irritated. Hence, our cleansers are soap-free which ensures proper removal of dirt and oil, leaving your skin soft, and happy.

Ethyl Alcohol

Alcohol isn’t all that you think it is! It takes the party to your skincare in two forms: as fatty and simple alcohols. Fatty alcohols come from vegetables and have the ability to lock in moisture into the skin and form a protective barrier to protect the skin. Simple alcohols in excess amounts can cause long term damage to the skin.

Mineral Oil

While mineral oil moisturizes your skin, it forms a tough layer around your skin, almost too tough! It seals off your skin, preventing it from breathing. Using this consistently may cause an allergic reaction and affect the gastrointestinal tract. Yikes!

Salicylic Acid

We believe in exfoliation, but gentler exfoliation, unlike Salicylic Acid. While Salicylic acid exfoliates your skin, it may be a little too strong and cause irritation, skin tingling, or worse, stinging!

Ascorbic Acid

We all know our next-door neighbor, thehelpful Vitamin C! However, Ascorbic Acid is the chemically active form of Vitamin C which may not be yourskin’s BFF as it can sensitize your skin. Use gentler and kinder forms of Vitamin Clikeascorbyl phosphate or magnesiumascorbyl phosphate.

Synthetic Colors

We love a little color in life, but not in our skincare! Colors are made up of dyes that are SO toxic that they have been banned. However, the ones not banned may not be completely safe. Also, they aren’t biodegradable either. That means, not good for our skin and planet, thank u next synthetic colors!
